There is not a Call Out charge. However, there is a cost of £65.00 for any fault finding diagnostics required and completed by us. If the problem can be fixed within the hour, the £65.00 plus any parts costs would be the total amount due to us.
If further work is needed beyond that and parts need to be ordered to complete the job, then the money paid will go towards the total cost of the agreed upon, completed job.
Regular work hours are 8am till 6pm Mon –Fri. Any work done outside of the aforementioned regular work hours will be charged the hourly rates as follow:
● Mon-Fri 6pm to 8am, 1.5 times regular work hourly rates
● Sat & Sun hours from 9am to 4pm, 1.5 times regular work hourly rates.
● Sat & Sun hours 4pm -9am, 2 times regular work hourly rate.
● If any one job goes over 6 hours, a day rate can be applied at our discretion.
All large jobs will require 70% deposit up front to buy materials to start.
Any cancellation for a job after materials have been purchased will forfeit a 20% admin fee before any money is returned.
Payment for all jobs is required to be paid in full upon completion of work.
Any alteration or add-on(s) to a job quoted will be an addition to the overall work by us and is subject to repricing.
Prices are subject to increase should any unforeseen problems arise- customers will be advised in advance of options available or amendments needed.
48 hours cancellation before scheduled any scheduled work commences is required. A Standard Charge of £60.00 will be charged for loss of labour/jobs that could’ve been booked and completed due to sufficient cancellation notice having been provided. A Standard Charge of £60.00 will also be applied, if an engineer attends your property without sufficient required cancellation notice.
Workmanship is guaranteed for a period of 12 months. Part failures will be replaced at a cost to manufacturers.
For insurance claims purposes - reports are available upon request.
It is the responsibility of the customer if they purchase/source parts or whomever may have originally purchased said part(s). If those parts fail, leak, or don’t work during the job and/or after the job is completed, the customer is responsible at their cost to replace said parts. We would still be paid for the work done regardless. However, if we source the part and they do not work, then it is our responsibility to replace at our cost.
If there is an issue, we should be given the chance to rectify the problem. If another plumber touches any work we have done during this time, it will null and void the warranty.
During a power flush and/or a conversion from system open vent to combi pressurised or pressurised system, we cannot be held responsible for any damage and/or leaks which occur from the existing pipework or any failed fittings that we have not fitted or installed ourselves. These will be replaced at the customer’s cost.
A copy of what to expect when power flushing will be sent to you to review. A written confirmation via email is required to confirm you have read it and would like to proceed with the power flushing.
All metal waste/scrap is kept by ourselves and is used for disposal of other waste materials from job. Ie plastic pipework, plastic water tanks.wood and flooring and insulation and lagging. Concrete or brick and dirt and gravel All of which need to be disposed of properly.
If you want to keep the scrap/waste then all waste will have to be left at your property or paid extra to take away or provide a skip.
